Shipping policy

The terms of service that constitute our shipping policy are as follows:

After confirming product availability, we will ship within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you via the Pearlish online shop. Please note that pre-order and custom order items may take additional time. If a different delivery time is stated on the product page, that will take precedence.

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damage

We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
