7. Additional Costs:
Internet connection fees and other telecommunications charges are to be borne by the customer (amounts determined by the customer's service provider). Domestic shipping and cash-on-delivery fees are covered by the Company.

- Convenience Store Payment (LAWSON / Family Mart / MINI STOP / Daily Yamazaki)
- Cash on Delivery (Yamato Transport)
Please note that convenience store payments cannot be used for orders exceeding 300,000 yen.
9. Payment Timing:
- Credit Card: Payment timing varies depending on the closing date and contract details of your credit card. Please check with your card company.
- Convenience Store Payment: Payment must be made within 3 days of the order.
- Cash on Delivery: Please pay in cash when the product is delivered. Credit card payments are not accepted for cash on delivery. Cash on delivery is not available if the orderer and the recipient are different.
10. Shipping Timing:
- Credit Card: Orders will be shipped within 5 business days after credit card authorization is confirmed.
- Convenience Store Payment: Orders will be shipped within 5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Cash on Delivery: Orders will be shipped within 5 business days after order confirmation.
Please note that pre-order and custom order items may take additional time. For shipping dates of these items, please refer to the product page. If a different delivery time is specified on the product page, that time will take precedence.
11. Special Provisions on Returns and Exchanges:
Returns and exchanges are only accepted if we are contacted within 3 days of product receipt. Please note that returns or exchanges cannot be accepted if we are not contacted within this period.

After contacting us via the Contact page or by email at info@pearlish.co.jp, we will provide instructions on the return or exchange process.
Please note: Custom-made items (including size changes), used products, items with signs of alteration, or other items deemed similar by the Company are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the wrong item was delivered, in which case the Company will cover the cost. The Company is not responsible for damage or loss during shipping.
12. Special Provisions on Defective Products:
We take great care in managing our products, but if you receive a defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. We cannot respond to claims made after this period, so please contact us promptly.
After receiving your notification, we will inspect the product. If it is deemed defective, we will offer a replacement or refund.
If the product is confirmed as defective, the Company will cover the shipping costs for the return or exchange.
