Refund policy
At Pearlish, we accept returns and offer refunds only in the following cases:
1. Returns Due to Customer Reasons
We will accept returns and refund the product price, including applicable taxes, if all of the following conditions are met:
- You contact us to request a return within 3 days of receiving the product.
- The product is in the same condition as when received, with tags attached, and includes all original accessories and packaging.
- You provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, please contact us via the Contact page or email us at info@pearlish.co.jp. We will provide instructions on how to return the item once your return request is accepted.
Please note that we cannot process refunds for items returned without prior notification.
Once we receive and approve your return, we will process your refund through your original payment method or by bank transfer. Please note that refunds to credit cards may take some time to process.
For refunds via bank transfer, the refund amount will be the product price plus applicable taxes minus the transfer fee.
2. Returns Due to Product Defects or Damage
If your product arrives damaged or has any defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item via the Contact page or email us at info@pearlish.co.jp. We will provide instructions on how to return the item once your return request is accepted. Upon receiving the returned product, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
Please note the following:
- We do not accept returns for products not sold by us, used items, or items damaged after use.
- We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

- Refunds will not be processed for items returned without prior notification.
